More stars in the Universe than grains of sand on Earth

My mind has been boggled. The following sentence shows how small we are in the grand scheme of things. I had to read it a couple of times:

There are more stars in the Universe than grains of sand on Earth

I had to look it up, something as profound as that, and found a news story and this great answer on a forum.

Some awe inspiring hi-res pictures. Sent shivers down my spine looking at these photos. Especially the lander on its way down to the surface. So small andinsignificant compared to the planet itself (how the heck did they spot it *and* take a photo remotely from the Orbiter?!).
